After moving to Texas, Pete sold town homes in Downtown Houston, Midtown, The Heights, and The East End, for almost ten years with one of Texas' most reputable builders. Pete became knowledgeable about the real estate market, inside the Loop, along with what it takes to market these homes. Pete was Salesman of the Year, 9 times Salesman of the Quarter, and Achievement Award Winner 4 times.
